Terms and Conditions

Preamble

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the enrollment, access, and use of academic services provided by Innozone Institute (“The Institute”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). By registering a student or making payment to the Institute, the parent, guardian, or student (“You” or “The Client”) acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply to all students enrolled in any program or class offered by Innozone Institute.

1. Enrollment & Registration

  • Enrollment is only confirmed upon receipt of the full upfront payment and completion of the registration process.
  • A free 30-minute demo session will be offered prior to registration to allow the student and parent to assess suitability of the program.
  • Class slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are reserved only upon payment.
  • The Institute reserves the right to decline enrollment at its discretion without being required to provide a reason.
  • Registration details including the student’s name, contact information, and class preferences must be accurately provided at the time of enrollment.

2. Classes & Scheduling

  • All classes are conducted online. Students must have access to a stable internet connection and a compatible device.
  • Class schedules are fixed at the beginning of each month. Any short-term changes must be communicated at least one day in advance.
  • Long-term schedule changes, including vacations and examinations, must be communicated at the start of the month.
  • In the case of emergencies, a minimum of one hour’s notice is required for class cancellations. This is limited to three occurrences per month.
  • If a student cancels more than three sessions within a month without valid notice, those classes will be marked as completed and the tutor will be compensated accordingly.
  • Any missed classes due to the student’s absence will be recovered in the following month at a mutually agreed time.

3. Student Responsibilities

  • Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes punctually and in a state of readiness to learn.
  • All assigned homework and tasks must be completed and submitted on time as directed by the tutor.
  • Students must maintain respectful and appropriate conduct during all sessions with tutors and Institute staff.
  • Students must not record, share, or distribute any class content, materials, or sessions without prior written consent from the Institute.
  • The student is responsible for maintaining a suitable and distraction-free environment during online sessions.

4. Parent / Guardian Responsibilities

  • Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring their child attends all scheduled sessions on time.
  • Payments must be made on or before the 5th of each month to the official Institute bank account only.
  • Payment receipts must be submitted promptly via WhatsApp (+94 723 228 225) or email (info@innozoneglobal.com) along with the student’s name and payment details.
  • Parents must communicate any concerns, schedule changes, or feedback directly to the assigned student coordinator.
  • Parents are encouraged to actively monitor their child’s academic progress and engage with feedback reports provided by the Institute.

5. Payment Terms

  • Monthly fees are due on or before the 5th of each calendar month.
  • All payments must be made exclusively to the official INNOZONE (PVT) LTD bank account at Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC (Islamic Banking Unit), Account No: 8015592480.
  • The student’s full name must be included as the payment reference in all bank transfers.
  • Payments made to any personal account will not be recognised as valid and the Institute accepts no liability for such transactions.
  • Late payment may result in suspension of the student’s access to classes until the outstanding amount is settled.

6. Refund & Cancellation

  • All payments made to the Institute are strictly non-refundable once received and confirmed.
  • Students and parents are committed to completing all booked classes for the paid month. Early withdrawal does not entitle the client to any refund or credit.
  • Missed classes due to the student’s absence will be recovered the following month at no additional charge.
  • Discontinuation of services must be communicated before the next payment cycle. No partial month refunds will be issued.
  • In exceptional documented medical circumstances, management may review a deferral request at its sole discretion. This does not guarantee any financial refund.

7. Tutor Availability & Replacement

  • In the event that an assigned tutor is temporarily unavailable, a rescheduled session will be provided at the earliest convenience.
  • If a tutor becomes unavailable for an extended period, the Institute will assign a suitably qualified replacement tutor to ensure uninterrupted learning.
  • The Institute does not guarantee a specific tutor and reserves the right to reassign tutors as operationally required.

8. Student Progress & Feedback

  • The Institute will conduct formal student progress assessments at least three times per year (once every three months).
  • Feedback reports will be shared with parents/guardians to keep them informed of their child’s academic development.
  • Parents are encouraged to raise concerns or queries regarding academic progress directly with the student coordinator.

9. Conduct & Disciplinary Policy

  • All students and parents/guardians are expected to engage respectfully and professionally with Institute staff, tutors, and coordinators at all times.
  • Any form of harassment, misconduct, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services.
  • The Institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment in cases of repeated disciplinary issues without the obligation to issue a refund.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All teaching materials, course content, worksheets, and resources provided by Innozone Institute are the intellectual property of the Institute.
  • Students and parents are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, selling, or sharing any Institute materials without prior written authorisation.
  • Recording of any live session, in full or in part, is not permitted without explicit written consent from the Institute.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Innozone Institute collects and stores personal information (name, contact details, academic records) solely for the purpose of delivering educational services.
  • Personal data will not be shared with or sold to any third party without the explicit consent of the parent/guardian.
  • By registering with the Institute, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described above.

12. Service Termination

  • Innozone Institute reserves the right to terminate services at any time if it determines that the arrangement is not in the best interest of the Institute, the student, or the tutor.
  • If the Institute initiates termination without cause, a pro-rated credit may be considered for unused sessions at management’s discretion.
  • If termination is initiated by the parent or student mid-month, no refund will be issued.

13. Amendments to Terms

Innozone Institute reserves the right to revise, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. All enrolled families will be notified of material changes via WhatsApp or email prior to the changes taking effect. Continued enrollment following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

✅  Declaration: By completing registration and/or making payment to Innozone Institute, the parent/guardian or student declares that they have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between the client and Innozone Institute
