To ensure uninterrupted learning and smooth administration, Innozone Institute has established a clear and transparent payment policy. All parents and students are required to adhere to the payment terms outlined below. Timely and correctly processed payments are essential to maintaining your child’s active enrollment and reserved class slots.
1. Payment Due Date
Monthly class fees must be paid on or before the 5th of each month, without exception. This ensures that your child’s slot and tutor are secured for the upcoming month.
- Payments received after the 5th of the month may result in a delay in class scheduling or temporary suspension of the student’s slot.
- Innozone Institute will not be held responsible for any missed classes resulting from late payment.
- Parents are encouraged to make payments well in advance to avoid any disruption to the student’s schedule.
⏰ Reminder: Payment must be completed on or before the 5th of each month to avoid interruption to your child’s classes.
2. Authorised Payment Channel
All payments must be made exclusively through the official Innozone Institute bank account. This is the only authorised and recognised method of payment accepted by the Institute.

3. No Payments to Personal Accounts
Innozone Institute strictly prohibits the transfer of any payment to personal bank accounts, personal mobile wallets, or any individual’s account, including those of tutors, coordinators, or any Institute staff members.
- Any payment made to a personal account will NOT be recognised or acknowledged as a valid payment by Innozone Institute.
- Innozone Institute will not be held liable for any financial loss arising from payments made to unauthorised accounts.
- If you are ever asked to transfer payment to a personal account by anyone claiming to represent the Institute, please report this immediately to management.
⛔ Warning: Innozone Institute will NEVER request payment to a personal account. Only transfer funds to the official INNOZONE (PVT) LTD bank account listed above.
4. Student Name Reference in Payment
To ensure accurate and timely allocation of your payment, it is mandatory to include the student’s full name in the payment reference or description field when making a bank transfer or online payment.
- When making a bank transfer, enter the student’s full name in the ‘Reference’ or ‘Remarks’ field.
- This allows the Institute to correctly match the payment to the student’s account and confirm enrollment for the month.
- Payments received without a student name reference may cause delays in processing and class activation.
5. Submission of Payment Receipt
Upon completing the payment, the parent or student is required to send a copy of the payment receipt to Innozone Institute for confirmation and record-keeping. The receipt must be shared via one of the following official channels:

When submitting your receipt, please ensure the following details are included:
- Student’s full name
- Amount paid
- Date of payment
- Bank transaction reference number or slip image
6. Non-Compliance with Payment Terms
Failure to comply with the payment terms outlined in this policy may result in:
- Temporary suspension of the student’s class access pending payment confirmation.
- Loss of reserved class slots, which may be allocated to other students.
- In cases of persistent non-payment, the Institute reserves the right to terminate the student’s enrollment.
✅ By making payment to Innozone Institute, the parent/guardian or student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Payment Policy in full. Innozone Institute reserves the right to amend this policy at any time, with prior notice communicated to enrolled families.
