How to Register (First Step)
- Contact our Student Administrator to get full class details, course information, and fee structure.
- Attend a 30-minute demo class provided by Innozone Institute.
- After the demo, if you are satisfied with the teaching quality, proceed with the monthly payment.
- Once the payment is completed, your class slots will be confirmed and officially booked.
1. Online Classes: All classes are conducted online. Please ensure your child has a stable internet connection and a suitable device for effective participation.
2. Homework: Students are required to complete assigned homework on time.
3. Feedback: We will assess the student progress at least three times a year (once every 3 months) to ensure smooth progress and satisfaction in learning is present.
4. Availability: In case a teacher/student is unavailable, reschedule will be provided. If Tutor becomes unavailable on the long-run a qualified replacement will be provided to maintain uninterrupted learning.
5. Payment Policy: Monthly payments are due before the 5th of each month. Payments should be made directly to the official Innozone Company Bank account.

5A. New Registration – Upfront Payment & Slot Booking: At the time of new registration, the parent or student is required to make an upfront payment to secure and book the student’s slots for the month. Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of the upfront payment. Slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and no slot will be reserved without payment.
6. Student Coordinator: A student coordinator will be assigned to assist with any class cancellations, rescheduling, or other concerns you may have regarding your child’s education.
7. Class Cancellations:
- Class hours are fixed at the beginning of the month and any short-term changes should be communicated one day in advance. Long-term changes to be communicated at beginning of month; vacation/examination.
- In case of emergencies, a one-hour notice for class cancellations is acceptable (limited to three occurrences).
- If a student cancels more than three times, the class will be marked as completed and tutor will be compensated.
8. Service Termination: Innozone Institute reserves the right to terminate services if there are any issues or if the parent is dissatisfied with the service provided.
