Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

At Innozone Institute, we are committed to delivering consistent, high-quality education to every student enrolled with us. This Refund & Cancellation Policy has been established to ensure transparency, protect the integrity of our academic scheduling, and uphold a fair commitment between the Institute, students, and parents/guardians. By completing registration and making payment, the parent or student acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Innozone Institute are strictly non-refundable. Once payment has been received and confirmed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or personal circumstances after registration.
  • Failure to attend or participate in scheduled classes.
  • Dissatisfaction following the commencement of classes (a free demo session is provided prior to payment to address this).
  • Partial use of booked slots within a given month.
  • External factors such as personal emergencies, travel, or technical issues on the student’s end.

2. Monthly Class Commitment

All classes are structured and scheduled on a monthly basis. Upon payment, the student is enrolled for the full month as per the agreed slot schedule. The following terms apply:

  • Classes are pre-planned and allocated according to the slots booked at the time of registration or monthly renewal.
  • The student and parent/guardian are obligated to complete all classes scheduled for the paid month.
  • Early withdrawal or discontinuation after payment does not entitle the student to any refund or credit for unused sessions.
  • Students are expected to honour their commitment for the duration of the paid period.

3. Missed Classes & Recovery Policy

Innozone Institute understands that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally prevent a student from attending a scheduled session. In such cases, the following recovery policy applies:

  • Any class missed during the current month will not be forfeited. The missed session will be carried forward and recovered by the assigned teacher in the following month.
  • Recovery classes will be scheduled at a mutually agreed time between the student/parent and the assigned tutor.
  • Missed classes are not eligible for monetary compensation, credit notes, or deductions from future payments.
  • Repeated and habitual absenteeism without prior notice may affect the student’s eligibility for recovery sessions at the Institute’s discretion.

4. No Early Withdrawal After Payment

Once a student has registered and payment has been received:

  • The student/parent is not permitted to withdraw or discontinue the service mid-month with a claim for a refund.
  • The student is required to complete all booked classes for the paid month.
  • If a student or parent wishes to discontinue after a paid month, they must notify the student coordinator before the next payment cycle. Discontinuation will take effect from the following month onward.
  • No partial month refunds will be considered under any circumstances.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional cases – such as a prolonged medical condition supported by documentation – the management of Innozone Institute reserves the right to review the situation on a case-by-case basis. Any such review does not guarantee a refund but may result in a class deferral or credit arrangement at the sole discretion of the Institute. All such requests must be submitted in writing to the student coordinator within 7 days of the incident.

6. Acknowledgement & Agreement

By proceeding with registration and making payment to Innozone Institute, the parent/guardian or student confirms that they have:

  • Read and understood this Refund & Cancellation Policy in full.
  • Agreed to abide by the terms and conditions stated herein.
  • Acknowledged that no refund will be issued once payment has been made.
